Hey Guys! I just thought I'd drop you a quick line to encourage you not to quit. Whether it's a tough workout, a rough patch in your marriage, or a seemingly hopeless situation, I hope you'll lean on the cheers of the people around you and press on through the gut wrenching difficulties of life.
Stay strong today!
~Amy
Awww, Amy. You are so kind! We all have those days when we just want to give up on the task at hand.
I am very intimidated when I go to do the Crossfit workout. Currently, I am the only newbie, and all of the others have been together in Crossfit for 8-10 months or more. My husband has to remind me during every workout to not worry about whether or not I can perform as the other women are performing, but it is so very hard to not compare myself to them. I should be able to do what they are doing. However, I have to remind myself that I need to just start where I am and to strive for progress and not for perfection.
Your e-mails and comments are very inspiring for all of us women. Thank you! Don’t quit! Finish the race that has been set before you!
Thank you for the inspirational message!
Way to keep going. Sometimes it is harder to keep going but definitely more rewarding!!
Great message, Amy! So much of life is about pushing through, and when we have family, friends, faith, and old-fashioned determination, we can do it!
Thank you for verbalizing that Amy! It was timely as I too had a tough run this morning and wanted to quit but didn’t because I had my husband and a member of my running group there with me and pushed through just because they were there…and it did feel great to finish! I completely agree with what you said about things not always being comfortable and even hurting but pushing through and finishing is worth it. Sometimes you feel like you weren’t strong because you didn’t do as well as usual but I think the times you want to quit and don’t are when you are at your strongest!
Thank u. I am in my last two weeks of pregnancy and have to go teach school all day, that is my race! Thank u for the encouragement, I needed that to go until I get to the other Side!
Amy, your words are so encouraging! I love that you are real and open with your customers! We’ve all been in a tough spot and gearing that others are there too makes it all seem “easier”

Keep your head up Amy. I just got a promotion but at the same time my husband lost his job. And our gas line sprung a leak so had to have a contractor dig a huge trench and put another one in. But I believe everything happens for a reason and just as I will be OK you will too :-)
Thank you for this video today. It fed my soul & was what I needed to hear today. I’m officially 1 week post op from a complicated hip scope surgery to repair multiple things. First 6 days of recovery had been surprisingly going fairly well. But overnight, I had a set back…my first flare up & it’s significantly more painful than anything I had experienced thus far since surgery…& I was worried I did more damage. To add to that, Facebook showed me a memory from 2 years ago…completing first & only half marathon at 37. 12 years & 3 babies after it became my goal as a runner. It was devastating to see that, not knowing if or when I’ll ever be able to run again. But I pulled myself up this morning after achieving a huge low…reminded myself I am taking this 1 day at a time & got the support of many friends…I will overcome this, it may take time, but I’m determined to overcome this injury. I was starting to feel more pain tonight & I got your email & watched the video & I teared up. Thank you, Amy, for not only having a great product, but for inspiring me!
Thanks for the encouragement!
I love your product and your story. Your customer service is top notch, and I know it’s because you are that kind of business leader and person.

Thanks for encouraging me. I work 10pm to 6:30 am and I can’t find the time to workout . I don’t get a good sound sleep. Any other advice would be welcomed
