Amy, every year when my kids were in school I would take the week before and after off because I wanted to enjoy them and because I would be so sad when they went back to school. My son is leaving Sunday for his senior year at college and my daughter is 25 and has moved 9 driving hours away. The end of summer feeling of sadness is there even when they grow up and go to college. Enjoy every minute!

Received my try-before-you-buy Bolder Band recently and absolutely love it!! I was worried if it would work for me since I have short hair, but nothing has ever worked better! Can’t wait to buy more!

Thanks for sharing a part of the real Amy with us. Moms (and dads) need reminding sometimes how quickly the time with their children passes. I have found that as a grandparent I am much more focused on making the most of my time with my grands than I was with my boys. In fact, you can thank my eight grands for me becoming a Bolder Bands customer. I had to get in shape and stay in shape to maximize my time with them!

Beautiful video and so true about cherishing time with the kids. Even more meaningful when a household is split as a result of divorce. My husband has lost so much of what most people consider the mundane or even burdensome part of parenting. So we cherish fixing school lunches, picking kids up from various activities, and studying spelling words. When a father’s time is severely limited by divorce terms, the little things become so precious. Don’t forget to enjoy it ALL, not just the vacations and holidays. As for me, I couldn’t have biological children, so every moment is precious to me in a very meaningful way. Thanks again for sharing and showing your heart. It was a great way to start my day. :)

Amy, I loved your video and feelings about summer and your kids. It really personalized your company and made me want to try them even more. As a mother of three grown kids, enjoy every minute they are young but the journey continues after they are grown ❤️

I am looking forward to try my headband I never can find one that stays so I am keeping my fingers crossed because I will be walking in the Susan G. Komen 60 mile walk and I want to find a cure for breast cancer.

I am so glad that I had 18 summers with my two! Being older now, I tell both that their summers are for just that, enjoyment with their children!

I just LOVE this! I have a young child and I could not agree more. MUCH love to you and your family and let’s all remember that childhood is only once; bills come every month.
