My friend Ian who is a coach, fitness enthusiast, and CrossFitter made this pie chart representing his typical "Fran" experience.
It's so spot on and hilarious I thought I would share it with you :)
I know I can definitely relate to the anxiety (and forearm pain) Fran causes. It's fun to do your best, and it's exciting to try to set a new PRs, but at the end of the day, it's good to keep things in perspective.
We're all just playing a game together. There are more important things in life than hitting a PR, crushing a WOD, or putting the coveted RX next to your name.
Which is why we made this fun/true tank-top :)
