Just Do It

That major sporting brand has nothing on the ancient scriptures when it comes to working out. What was true 2000 years ago is still true today: don’t just KNOW things, do them (James 1, The Bible).

You know what you have to do to be healthy and balanced; there is plenty of information out there on how to be fit. The best way I have found to keep motivated is to see where I have come from and what my goals are, and that is as simple as using a cheap spiral notebook journal or download a free one:
