The bed is so nice and warm these days with the soft flannel sheets and the late sun just peaking in through the cloudy sky.
On these mornings, I fight the urge to stay when I should go. I must make a decision to get up rather than lie down.
I must think instead of feel (because we know that feelings come and go and can mislead us).
These are the mornings I must remember that I always regret eating too much or too poorly but I never regret exercising. I never regret being BOLDER.
After I push back the sheets and hit the floor I am deciding to live BOLDER. Freer. Stronger. Time for rest and cuddles will come later after my time on the road.
And the rewarding feeling I get from getting up far outweighs the extra 30 minutes of sleep I may get.
